Position Summary:

The manager is an operations management position. The goals are focused on motivating change and process adoption that reshape the organization in support of our vision and strategy (STRAP). Leading teams across the country organization, and in close coordination with all key partners, the manager brings consistency, integrity, and intensity into improvement projects. This role will also is leading QTC programs, global supply chain strategy execution, critical metric management structures with mainly operation and process focused.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Establish standard process & drive process improvements by lean/PPI experience, digitalization, project management tools to achieve company targets.
  • Develop project plans, identify dependencies, crafts and assess time and budget estimates. Analyze critical path, risks, and constraints, and identify resource requirements. Maintain full control of project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Focus on developing/improving sale effectiveness, including creation of user manual, provide trainings to partners.
  • Process Owner to improve existing process to improve efficiency of commercial Go-To-Market
  • Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of policy and tools for efficient follow up with commercial teams. Measure metrics at organizational and individual level.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and executive sponsors. Facilitates for strategic & vertical planning, deep analysis for product portfolio, segments, and channels. Lead implementation review and E2E process change, applying lean leadership tools and standard work.
  • Support line manager for new strategic programs deployment and build up working relationship with all partners and sponsors.
  • Removes roadblocks and obstacles through facilitated learning, uses structured problem solving and a consistent and robust process.
  • Ensures actions and commitments are aligned across the organization, with engagement from all.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Finance, or Organizational Behavior. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years management experience in supply chain, Project management, business operations and other commercial background.
  • Professional certifications and/or experiences in leading commercial improvement projects. PMP certification a plus
  • Experienced trainer and public speaker
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin in oral and writing
  • Lean expert preferred.
  • 10%-20% travel
