Job Title: Key account manager IDD Czech Republic and Slovakia
Reporting to: Sales Manager ACCS

Creation of the territory sales budget and the assigned key accounts
Ongoing monitoring of achievement of the territory budget
Support in creating device budget plans per customer in coordination with Tech. Service organisation
Creation of an annual activity plan to achieve sales targets
Customer visits according to defined cycle plan in Salesforce.com
Reporting of all customer calls in Salesforce.com
Launch activities of new products in the lab
Implementation of customer and referring physician activities to increase awareness of autoimmune- and allergy diagnostics
Contact for customers regarding portfolio related topics
Responsible for product specific and scientific sales force support in contract-/tendernegotiations, competitor discussions and customer/sales trainings.
Link between key customers and marketing
Product associated training and support of customers, as well as local sales colleague
Demonstrates special disease area and product knowledge and leverages this to build professional customer relationships (local expert board)
Support of marketing team at organization of medical/clinical trainings and education workshops
Builds strong and mutually beneficial relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field of Allergy and Autoimmunity diagnostics.
Visits relevant national and international exhibitions, congresses and seminars.
Provides all relevant internal collaborators with accurate and timely data and market reports
Ongoing analysis of customer sales and countermeasures in the event of deviations
Monthly reporting as specified to SM
Obtain customer information on: Number of tests, price expectations, competitor prices
Develop price offers and tenders response in accordance with the approval process
Ongoing analysis of potential new customers
Determine competitor presence with customers and report to SM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical device consultant professional or medical/biological background
- Flexibility
- Czech first language, Advanced English knowledge
- Sociability
- Several years of experience in strategic selling, preferably in clinical diagnostics laboratory
