As the Key Accounts Manager you will develop and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth, and establish the company as a partner of choice for life science and medical organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Development: Develop and implement an account development strategy that identifies new opportunities and fosters growth within life science and medical organizations.
  • Drive sales: Develop sales within key accounts, including hands-on support of the complete sales process from request for proposal to post-supply follow-up.
  • Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environments. Apply this expertise to enhance client satisfaction and distinguish our services.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and deepen relationships with key industry players, including startups, established biotech firms, and pharmaceutical companies, becoming a trusted advisor for their needs.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct and present detailed market analyses, identifying opportunities for growth and reporting on competitive activities.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of customers, ensuring that our offerings support their critical needs and beyond.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account development, sales, or a related role within the biotech or biopharma industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop strategic relationships and opportunities within the biotech and biopharma sectors.
  • Strong communication abilities to successfully engage with individuals from various backgrounds. Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry landscapes, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
