As a Strategic Business Development professional, you will have the opportunity to take your sales career to the next level. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and real estate developers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions
  • Successfully implement sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals to important individuals involved in decision-making processes
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
  • Strictly adhere to sales processes and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, in Europe and abroad
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous sales experience in bio-incubators
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Marketing, the life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience
