Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support our China Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will act as the single point of contact for the supply chain team, building trusted relationships to ensure seamless business operations, support productivity improvements, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and align the IT & digital roadmap to achieve results in key supply chain areas.
  • Lead demand management and own the project portfolio, ensuring the successful initiation, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with financial partners to determine and plan the IT & digital budget for efficient fulfillment.
  • Translate supply chain processes and requirements into actionable digital solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all digital and IT-related matters, including critical issues and customer concerns.
  • Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure exceptionally high-quality project delivery.

Experience & Requirement:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in IT area, with at least 5 years directly supporting supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain processes such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, production planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, E1) and supply chain management solutions.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams or on cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in analyzing and detailing business requirements, and translating them into technical needs.
  • Extensive IT project management experience and resource optimization; certification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
