Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Understand and analyze the behavior of customers, and determine the influence level of industry media to formulate effective customer coverage plans.
- Plan customer research for segmented markets. Analyze behavior and demand on digital channels to optimize customer reach and influence.
- Formulate and implement different levels of engagement schemes for segmented markets, including but not limited to content marketing, interactive activities, live stream activities, and promotional activities.
- Improve customer experience by analyzing customer behavior data and procurement data on different platforms, removing obstacles, and optimizing internal processes to boost demand generation.
- Strengthen the publicity of key workflows on various online channels, continuously improve and strengthen content management-related work, and build a leading brand image in the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications:
- Preferably with a life science education background.
- More than 8 years of meaningful work experience.
- Familiar with online channels and platforms related to life science.
- Ability to independently develop digital marketing strategies and successfully implement them, including practical experience in content marketing and live interaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities (experience in managing projects or adept at cross-functional communication).
- Excellent teammate, highly enthusiastic about marketing work, eager to tackle challenges and build.
