It's an unmatched global opportunity to drive 'upstream' supply chain transformation across network of 7 In-house factories, spanning across Asia/Mexico and Private Brand Labels (PBL, Outside Group Vendor). This pivotal role enables a step change in supply chain operational performance (cash, cost and customer delivery experience) via building agility, resiliency, and reliability with our supplier network. It achieves this by designing, qualifying, implementing, and digitalizing delivery processes, holistically for sourcing from suppliers. You should have experience in Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management, with a passion for improving business performance from shop floor operations to executive level. It is a plus if you had experiences of leading Supplier Audit program focus on Supply Chain domain. This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. This role provides a unique path to grow, while developing both business acumen and technological edge. Role will report to the Upstream Flow Management and Manufacturing Supply Chain Performance Leader(UFM) for Digital Data Networks "DDN" Business Unit.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Lead Suppliers Audit of Supply Chain domain, support suppliers in diagnosing issues, analyzing data/process/system, drive action plans on continuous improvement. Governance actions progress with suppliers, make sure all open actions to be implemented and closed on time. Lead and document Supplier audit reports, create guidance book and strategy plans for long run.
• Collaborating with procurement, suppliers, and vendors to align their processes with the transformation goals. Establishing strong partnerships to drive mutual success.
• Strategy Development: Developing a clear and comprehensive 'Upstream Planning Blueprint' for global network of BU Outside Group Vendor. Involves identifying opportunities for improvement, setting objectives (long term and short term), and outlining the roadmap to achieve the desired changes.
• Vendor Delivery Performance Management:
o Monitor, Track and Orchestrate the Vendor Operations Performance with Organization on regular basis against established KPI (MOQ, Lead Times, Shipment Reliability, Forecast Reliability).
o Analyze historical performance data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding vendor relationships and drive supplier accountability.
o Lead Regular cross-functional reviews to share insights on Trends, Deviations, Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan Progress. Address Issues and drive Decision Making with stake holders to mitigate risks.
o Digitalize to help in animation. Heatmaps to drive focus and prioritization.
o Qualify and Guarantee Vendor Master Data Health
• Process Optimization:
o Evaluating existing upstream supply chain processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement. Implementing best practices and ensuring that processes are standardized and streamlined across factories.
o Establish supply network operational excellence (SNOE) reviews with Key Vendor at regular frequency, with clear agenda and agreed action plan to improve performance.
o Partner with Global Logistics to enable Raw Material Central Planning Hub
o Drive IBP adoption towards forecast propagation and capacity commit backs.
• Upstream Vendor Portal:
o Be key user of BU Pilot of new external Vendor Portal solution. Drive successful Pilot, Broader roll out and adoption.
o Establish current work process state, and journey map to Ideal End-Stage.
o Articulation and maximization of value creation.
• Skill Network and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing cross-BU network of Subject Matter Experts. Sharing Best Practices, Documentation, and development of BU Upstream Playbook, including Make-Buy Decision Making, New Product Introduction (NPI), vendor changes, industrial transfers, and business acquisition.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the upstream supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring supply chain resilience and contingency planning to handle disruptions effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization. Seeking feedback from stakeholders and leveraging lessons learned to refine strategies, establishing volution of in-process KPIs and achieve better results.

What your background should look like:
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a multinational and complex global environment. Progressively more responsibility and experience in Procurement and Factory Supply Chain Management leadership roles.
- High proficiency in Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management.
- Must be a recognized leader for continuous improvement.
- Abilities to drive and oversees multiple Projects End-to-End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management.
- Competent with supply chain management software (SAP Must, IBP is a plus) and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across different locations.
- Understand business drivers and able to balance between short- and long-term objectives.
- Excellent 'English' communication skills to articulate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
