The Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Changi South, Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Overall ownership to drive sourcing, cost and delivery.
  • CBOM management, quotes leadership, Purchasing parameters management.
  • Interface with customer on project milestone, Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Lead-up x-functional team between Flex & Customers, plan & drive execution of all Procurement & Supply Chain activities.
  • Manage Supply Chain Initiatives includes lead time improvement, payment term, delivery Terms, contractual agreement on SMI/VMI.
  • Manage NPI, ensure material readiness to meet program Schedules.
  • Manage Cost Saving /re-design Initiatives (Lead, by accounts), take lead to drive on cost savings initiatives/ re-design initiatives, price benchmark.
  • Manage ECN implementation, tracking & execution.
  • Manage localization plan, alternate sourcing activities.
  • AOS Management during build phase and initial production phase.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Requires minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Procurement.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start work within short notice period will be an added advantage.
