Position Summary

Primary purpose is to lead and manage Plant controlling and Operation finance team, which performs the analysis of financial information and data to be used in supporting our business in the attainment of company goals.

Provides deliverable outcome of timely and accurate financial reporting of costing, budgeting, fixed assets, inventory, procurements, financial transactions, audits issue, analysis and controls as they relate to each aspect.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Build up and organize Ops finance team 's job flow and work process in the manner of systemic approach and supervise team members in day-to-day works, closing, forecasting and other project works.
• Be actively involved in the Korea and regional business discussion and provide necessary support to all functional teams including Operations/Purchasing/SCM/Quality/Engineering etc.
• Develop short-term and long-term financial models that identify risk; provide actionable business insights and recommendations. Periodical track & monitor of financials (revenue, standard margin, manufacturing cost, PPV, MV, inventory, and CapEx), comparison to forecast attained and analysis of variances and profitability.
• Monthly reporting and recording of submission of financial package to management team (Korea and Region)
• Lead and manage company standard cost development and maintenance in SAP modules and other costing systems.
• Actively participates in identifying and implementing cost reductions and working capital improvements. (pipelines track, record and monitors)
• Follow up internal audits process. SOX and internal control system development, enhancement and maintenance.
• Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases.

• Graduated from University (majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or etc) / 4 년제 상경계열 전공. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA or ACCA) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience finance and accounting including team management experience more than 5 years, ideally with manufacturing company background. Automotive industry company preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Hyperion, SAP, BPC and data warehouse solutions.
• Ability in English communication.
• High degree of initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
