Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing and operations. Develop financial charts and bridges to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
  2. Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present financial reports and analytics to senior management, highlighting key risks and opportunities to business performance.
  3. Operational Support: Lead and coordinate annual recost process. Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to understand cost drivers and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities. Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance internal workflow efficiency and financial productivity.
  4. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensuring compliance with company policies and values. Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to streamline processes and enhance accuracy with Digital platforms.
  5. Team leadership: Develop a high-performance finance team with continue improvement culture.
  6. Provision of ad hoc reporting as needed
