This is a new role to support a global network of contract manufacturing sites, internal 'configure to order' operation and warehouses across all time zones. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to help ascertain the most impactful ways to improve customer experience through operational performance while focusing on efficiency.

What you will be doing...
This role requires being ready to challenge status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its adoption by effective change management within our organization. This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader in supply chain, while developing both business acumen and digital edge.

A typical day for a Supply Chain Transformation Mgr may include:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy and vision for the global supply chain organization in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage performance ensuring effective governance across a Supply Chain transformation program to achieve set goals.
• Develop and lead network design initiatives, including flow rationalization, industrialization transfer, warehousing migrations, and logistics design.
• Drive Smart Operations Program initiatives for global supply chain visibility, including safety stock optimization, master data governance, and factory planning and upstream flow management, for example Vendor portal integration, Analytics capabilities
• Support the migration of End-to-End planning capabilities towards IBP SAP and S/4 migration.
• Enhance processes to achieve best-in-class status as part of our TE Operating Advantage Business System.
• Mature S&OP practices and S&OE foundations.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer experience, such as segmented commercial logistics offers and lead time improvements.
• Lead training and support business users to ensure adoption of solutions and skill development within the supply chain.
• Animate monthly townhalls and Yammer platform for effective communication and visibility of supply chain evolution.

What your background should look like:

• 15+ years of experience in Supply chain / Operations roles - preferably operational and functional track records
• 5+ years in Leadership driving Cross Cultural teams
• Abilities to drive Projects End to End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management
• Proficiency in Warehousing / Transport - Order Processing - Material Management - Demand / Supply Planning & SnOP a Plus - Customer Experience a must - Manufacturing Planning a Plus
• Enabler and Strategic thinker
• Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
• Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a plus (S/4 Hanna / ERP Migrations)
• Strong people & organizational leadership skills
• Highly customer centric oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to influence and convince
• Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
• Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written)
