What is the key purpose of a Partner Operations Manager?
As a Partner Operations Manager working on Taboola's Strategic Partnerships Team, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and execution of cross-functional projects impacting the company's most 3-5 global strategic partnerships. These partnerships are incredibly broad and complex, encompassing both supply and demand sides of the business - advertisers and publishers alike. To effectively drive innovations for efficiency and ensure the successful rollout and maintenance of these initiatives, you will need to garner a high level of internal engagement while maintaining a strong understanding of each partner's unique needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Partner Operations Manager, you will:
- Drive projects in service of 3-5 strategic Taboola partnerships, ensuring seamless administration, execution, and follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-functional internal stakeholders, leveraging internal expertise in supporting processes, dashboards, and analyses that help inform key operational decisions for Taboola's strategic partnerships.
- Act as a liaison for internal questions and inquiries about projects, minimizing direct escalations and facilitating effective communication.
- Ensure externally facing processes and SLAs meet strategic partners' needs through close collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and Sales Operations.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of Partner Operations on matters of operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and leading streamlined implementation of processes.
- 4-6+ years of experience in operations, sales, or a client-facing role within the ad tech space
- Comprehensive knowledge of and proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau
- Strong ability to navigate, organize, and present large sets of data both internally and in client facing settings
- Strong project management skills and experience working with project management tools

The pay range for this position in New York is $100,000 - $110,000. This role is also eligible to participate in Taboola's commission plan under which you might be eligible for total on-target earnings of $117,000 - $130,000 in accordance with such plan. The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, etc.
