What you'll do:
In this role you will focus to efficiently and effectively enable MV panel builder and xModular partners to achieve growth objectives through new market penetration and growing existing target markets. The ESS EMEA Partner Operations manager will be responsible for selecting, evaluating and onboarding partners. This person will work with sales organizations & segment teams to successfully drive growth through partners by providing the application expertise and managing the successful onboarding and value network to the partners for IEC Medium Voltage assemblies and xModular solutions.

You will be responsible for planning and executing of detailed components, systems, software tools, IEC standard, partner portal and documentation and training, all in collaboration with function leaders for external partners and internal assembling plants. You will also organize partner network communication, partner events, partner tracking and partner certifications.
What will you do?
• Support sales organizations with visits of panel builders in EMEA to drive the pre-selection and onboarding process
• Organize panel builder trainings, systems and software tools and define product assortment for the panel builder partners
• Manage onboarding of license agreement partners to ensure successful knowledge transfer
• Conduct partner audits
• Liaise and collaborate with partner program manager, MV partner manager and industrialization, quality and other plant roles and CSO for initial price setting, certification, operational support and business & marketing plans to accelerate partner growth
• Manage supply chain activation for partners
• Provide market and customer feedback to product lines
• Plan and delegate selection, evaluation and onboarding activities to relevant team members and plant functions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years related experience with customers and business partners
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IEC MV assembly products and applications
• Project management skills, LV and transformer knowledge for xModular applications is a plus
• Experience and direct contact and negotiations with customers; global preferred
• Demonstrated experience in developing business strategy, planning, and budgeting, analytical skills and Eaton software and tools
• Fluent speaking and writing in English, German is a plus
• Intercultural awareness and good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, accepts ownership for results, takes initiative
• Interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to coordinate collaborate and manage people without reporting relationships
• Travelling in this role up to +/- 10% of working time
