An exciting opportunity to take on the strategic and operational leadership of a portfolio of Suntory Global Spirits brands, achieving defined Marketing- as well as agreed volume, net sales, profit, and growth objectives as part of a small, high performing international team.
Role Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of long-term growth strategies for the defined brands aligned with the company vision and defined objectives and targets.
- Development, implementation and tracking of the annual Brand Plans
- Development, implementation and tracking of the annual Activity Grid
- Agency Management and coordination: Media, PR, Creative, BTL, Social/Digital agency
- Development of annual media plans
- Development, implementation and tracking of consumer and brand activations.
- Management and Control of the annual Marketing Budget
- Definition and tracking of brand KPIs.
- Close cooperation with Suntory partners in selected markets (Hungary, Bulgaria, Baltics, Romania).
- Cross functional working with key departments to achieve annual targets and objectives (Commercial Team, Brand Houses, International Team, Finance, Supply Chain,)
- Leading and coaching marketing team on distributor side

- Min 5 years of Brand Marketing experience in an international FMCG company with cross country scope, preferably in Spirits
- Degree qualified with focus on Marketing or related subjects
- Proven track record in managing a Masterbrand with multiple categories or a portfolio of brands.
- Proven experience in the areas of media planning, BTL, PR, Social- and Digital media
- Ability to understand sales fundamentals and interest to develop close Marketing/sales relationship to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of on-trade is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strategic and visionary thinking combined with strong analytical skills.
- Strong business sense
- High communication and strategic influencing skills
- Flexible self-starter able to set priorities and to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Team player with the ability to listen, cultural sensitivity and the proven skill to work in an inter-cultural environment.
