Position Summary
The Associate Manager, Finance will lead stakeholders in Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis processes and achieving intelligent and creative solutions for accounting, tax and compliance matters both proactively and reactively in driving solutions to complex technical issues. Monitor and drive accountability for all tax and financial compliance requirements across a number of sites in different locations, teaming with multi-functional groups across the RHQ and Ireland legal entities. Will also driver interaction with our external advisors and finance teams to achieve the highest possible compliance for our Irish operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Design and implement new procedures along with re-engineering processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure processes meet business objectives as efficiently as possible. Lead projects to drive any such improvements.
- Provide intelligent and creative solutions for tax and accounting issues both reactively and proactively and presenting solutions to complex technical issues.
- Lead the month end process and ensure it runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and drive accountability for all tax and financial compliance requirements across a number of sites in different locations.
- Work closely with our external tax advisors and finance teams to achieve the highest possible compliance for our Irish operations.
- Liaise with our external auditors and produce complex financial statements for our European operations in a timely manner.
- Lead cost analysis for RHQ entity and functions and coordinate the cost accounting and inventory management for our European operations.
- Actively drive process improvements supported by robust and concise documentation.
- Ensuring all SOX and internal audit controls are adhered for the Irish Campus.
- Lead technical accounting projects and new system implementations.
- Lead the delivery of and development of finance training for cross functional teams.
- Liaise with and manage the interaction with our European Finance Shared Service team, ensuring all processes meet financial reporting deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Ad hoc reporting and other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
- Business travel may be required on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications Knowledge Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Qualified Accountant
- 4-6 Years experience in a audit/finance role.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- PC Mastery (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint).
