The Professional Services (PS) Operations Senior Consultant, Contracts reports to the Global Head of Professional Services Operations and will support the PS organization while identifying opportunities to enhance/improve existing infrastructure so the team can deliver at scale and meet ambitious growth objectives.

Your new role
As a Senior Consultant you will support the Professional Services Operations team in driving efficiency, scalability and risk excellence across global Professional Services operations in alignment with broader strategic goals, including but not limited to:
- Vendor Onboarding - Inherent Risk Questionnaire maintenance and refreshes.
- Vendor Contracting - vendor SOW and CA review and approval, contractor onboarding escalations, Beeline and EPASS assistance, maintenance of Master Contractor Register. Monitor contractor time and expense submissions for completeness and accuracy (weekly and monthly), working with relevant teams to promptly resolve any identified exceptions. Execute the relevant Month End Checklist steps, evidencing completion as required.
- Client Contracting - client SOW/CA, MOU and Non-Billable Work Order review, associated reporting and escalation.
- Management & Executive Reporting - support the design and implementation of reporting, analyze data to support actionable recommendations.
- Procedure documentation, control design, execution and exception monitoring.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as required/directed, e.g. risk item remediation, new process design/implementation, system migration, etc.
This role can be performed in a hybrid-role model with 2 days in the office per week (but with flexibility).

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years job related/industry experience in financial services is required
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, required.
- Thorough understanding of contracting requirements.
- Thorough understanding of the financial close process, familiarity with revenue recognition concepts
- Ability to develop corporate documentation on processes, procedures and controls revision [in agreement with direct manager]; ensure documentation exists for all processes performed within the team
- Familiarity with a professional services construct (time tracking, billable time, etc.) preferred
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic, structured thinker. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Aptitude for framing business questions with data.
- Results-driven, organized, self-starter with the ability to multitask. Strong initiative and ability to work independently with a "can do" attitude and growth mindset. Bias for action.
- Must have ability to navigate multiple competing priorities and timely escalate issues/risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required. Sharepoint and MS Teams Channels administration experience a plus.
