Who we are looking for
The Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements. This role acts as a bridge between IT and the GCF Division, ensuring that technology solutions meet organizational goals and improve business processes. The role is also responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to deadlines and budgets. This role involves coordinating the efforts of stakeholders to deliver projects according to plan.
What you will be responsible for
- Analyze business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes in IT systems
- Design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with IT strategy
- Recommend system and process changes, and work with IT and business stakeholders to implement these changes
- Document and evaluate existing business processes and workflows
- Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specification
- Manage and prioritize IT-related projects based on business needs
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of system solutions
- Facilitate training and provide support to business users on new systems or processes
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure
- optimal performance
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication document
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goal
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as necessary.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholder
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Define project success

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
