Sprinklr is looking for a Senior Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead presales for the Large Enterprise West Division in the Americas. Managers are responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) in their designated region, coaching on opportunities, serving as solutions sponsor within key accounts as well as recruiting and developing team members.

They are also responsible for serving as a strategic partner to sales, professional services, and customer success teams within the division to drive new business opportunities and own all aspects of GTM execution.

Overall Description

As the Senior Manager, you will be the primary contact for the Solutions Consultants on your team and directly aligned with your region's success. You will be responsible for managing the training, overall development and growth of your team, and partner with the SC Director and other SC leaders to continually evolve and improve the Presales function at Sprinklr. You regularly observe your team in the field and provide routine feedback.

You will guide your team in monthly, quarterly and yearly goal setting exercises, helping them to develop in their current role and gain skills and experience for their long-term career goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is trained on industry specific use cases and product enhancement as the platform continually evolves.

You will assume responsibility for resource allocation in your region as well, working alongside the Divisional Vice President and Directors of Sales in your region to lead SC resources, align the appropriate SC for the deal based on experience, and help prioritize sales activity.

You will also serve as the executive sponsor on strategic customer engagements, working with account teams within your territories to best position Sprinklr's solutions by developing solution narratives, CX workshops, and compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr's business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer's technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Coach and Grow a team of Solutions Consultants
  • Recruit and retain top Solution Consultant talent
  • Function as primary contact for the Directors of Sales that work within the designated region
  • Facilitate SC resource allocation across the region and assist in providing SC resource support for other regions as well
  • Train and support the SC team in delivering our value propositions, product demonstrations and RFPs
  • Act as a key member/sponsor of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our large enterprise and strategic customers
  • Lead SC business execution for your team and be a strategic partner to all other functions in customer operations, strategy, GTM and product teams
  • Proactively engage in strategic development of the SC organization by initiating and leading projects to further team development, organizational structure, product offering, technical training, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of presales management experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consulting
  • Experience in a customer facing role in enterprise software company
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
  • Extensive experience in complex system design and integration
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Well versed in data architecture, API design and AI LLM Models
  • Strength in enterprise architecture, human centric design, persona-based outcomes
  • Travel required for customer meetings upon request as well as internal business reviews, trainings, sales meetings, customer and industry events, etc.

Compensation Range
$161,000 - $214,000 - $268,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
