Compensation: $28.03 - $32.98 per hour
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office
All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO’s offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO, and Executive Committee members by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
- Serves as the liaison for the Director of Executive Offices & Board Relation to various departments in the organization
- Provides administrative support as required, including but not limited to maintaining calendars; coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports; screening and organizing communications
- Prepare and analyze reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
- Schedules, coordinates, and prepares for Executive and Board meetings and other recurring or ad-hoc meetings
- Assist the Executive Office team in performing their duties, including daily work and problem-solving.
- Research and collect data to prepare documents for review and presentation
- Prepare documentation for fiscal and regulatory authorities
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in mid-to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field. Direct experience working within a nonprofit organization or early-stage start-up environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
- Able to work effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
