The Role
In collaboration with key communications stakeholders, under the direction of the Senior Lead, Group President Communications, the Executive Engagement Manager: Group President Communications will build and drive an executive communications program for Kyndryl's Group President.
In this role, an experienced communications professional will aim to raise the visibility of the Group President across multiple external stakeholder audiences and will develop, edit and provide guidance on content and engagement materials ranging from external speaking engagements with customers and government officials to drafting Thought Leadership content and social media posts.

This individual will work across the company, building a strong internal network to shape narratives that tie to the global corporate story while also keeping in mind local teams' objectives and business achievements. The Executive Engagement Manager will also be a key contributor to the Corporate Communications team and will support internal engagement initiatives as needed involving the Group President to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment to Kyndryl's business goals.
Responsibilities:
External Profile for Group President (60% of work)
- Draft prep documents, messaging, and briefs for all external-facing events for Kyndryl's Group President.
- Develop angles/storylines and secure media interviews for Kyndryl's Group President
- Develop Thought Leadership positioning through avenues such as the Kyndryl Institute and periodic external reports
- Support the Group President with remarks at speaking engagements for both industry and customer events
- Work with Government Affairs to coordinate and support meetings with local officials during market visits.
- Coordinate with Marketing on Premium Hospitality events featuring the Group President
- Help build out Group President's social media profile on approved channels
- Work with project leaders across Marketing, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Sales and regional Internal Communications teams to support the production and execution of events.
Commercial Communications (40% of work)
- Primary backup for Senior Lead, Group President Communications
- Support Senior Lead in Prepare talking points, scripts, messaging, briefing materials and presentations events such as town halls, leadership meetings, executive roundtables, and conferences.
- Support Corporate Communications in the development and execution of annual plans. Support company-wide key initiatives.
- Maintain a strong network of cross-functional stakeholders to create a continuous information pipeline to ensure stories, messaging and data points are always kept up-to-date.
- Leverage communications skills to ensure the quality of produced materials. Work across teams to secure sign-off of all materials by engaged leaders, track changes and maintain version control.
This role has the flexibility to work remotely and as needed to work in New York, NY, office part of the week. This role requires work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications specific to drafting "Thought Leadership" content and "social media" posts
- Bachelor's degree required for this role
- Experience supporting internal engagement initiatives
- Proven track record of success in drafting prep documents, messaging, and briefs in support of executive leadership
- Ability to work with project leaders across Marketing, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Sales and regional Internal Communications teams to support the production and execution of events
- Proficient communications skills to ensure the quality of produced materials
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in partnering with executive management, Public Relations, Human Resources, and other departments to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively to communicate Kyndryl's business objectives, culture, and values effectively
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated internal and external communications to build belief in the organization and advance the company's reputation.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $74,640 to $170,280 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $82,200 to $170,280
Colorado: $74,640 to $141,960
New York City: $89,640 to $170,280
Washington: $82,200 to $156,240
Washington DC: $82,200 to $156,240
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
