About the Role:

GoodRx is looking for a highly professional, full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the company's President of Rx Marketplace and his Leadership Team. While the primary focus of this role is to support the Executive with scheduling, travel and occasional personal needs, the remaining time will be spent supporting other RxM leadership and coordinating and scheduling various meetings, all-hands, team culture events, and other projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven, hyper organized and creative individual to come in to create processes and culture while adding their personal touch ensuring the President and RxM Leadership team are well supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall leadership team calendars, including overseeing meeting coordination from sending invites, securing meeting spaces and follow up correspondence.
  • Handle and maintain sensitive company information with strictest confidentiality.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening emails/ calls as needed and meeting requests to ensure optimal time management.
  • Manage travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation. Assist with expenses as needed.
  • Support coordination and calendar efforts for team culture events, assist with logistics for team-specific onboarding, and tackle specific ad hoc projects improving overall processes and productivity.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential conflicts and pre-empt issues.
  • Occasionally coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Assist with personal items as requested e.g. errands, scheduling, coordinating and meeting with vendors.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to a C-Level
  • Some domestic travel will be required (15%)
  • Central or East time zone preferred.
  • Able to manage fast paced and ambiguous timelines.
  • Willingness to accept and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills
  • Acts with discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-driven - anticipates needs before we know there is a need

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$108,000.00 - $173,000.00

New York Office:
$99,000.00 - $158,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$81,000.00 - $130,000.00
