You will lead a team of talented developers to implement an enterprise wide application used for fulfilling customers service delivery requests. You ensure the software produced by the development team is done efficiently by working closely with various business stakeholders. You source, hire and manage a team of high-performing communication professionals. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
• Create and implement internal campaigns to provide transparent insights into the client experience and perceptions.
• Establish and maintain a strategic plan for external client communications that drives client loyalty, satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Marketing and Branding teams to ensure consistency and adherence to brand messaging.
• Develop meaningful training and communications that create an outside-in, client-centric culture.
• Provide closed-loop feedback on client issues to various teams by supporting the Insights team with process implementation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Five or more years of client experience, client retention or loyalty marketing; Seven or more years of marketing communications experience; Experience leading the development of effective marketing communications content and tactics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledgeable of marketing best practices, trends and techniques; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Copywriting, editing, communication, organizational, analytical, budgeting and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Detail-oriented with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns while managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
• Current or previous experience working with PEGA Platform 8.X
• Five or more years as a senior developer

The base pay for this position generally is between $100,600.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
