Snowflake's CRM organization is seeking a Senior Enterprise Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a highly talented group of Enterprise managers (EPMs) and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) focused on building business applications to scale our GTM organization efficiently and improve the reliability of our applications and systems. As the Sr. Sales & Marketing BSA you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production.

ONSITE REQUIREMENT:
To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to interpret & translate requirements
  • Has at-least 5 years of people management experience managing BSA and Enterprise product Manager (EPM) team sizes of 10+ people
  • A minimum of 12 years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, marketing cloud or related platforms, with a proven track record in both technical proficiency and business process optimization
  • You have a deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process (Campaigns, Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote) and supporting technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop scope requirements and defend systems capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • As BSA/EPM Manager, you will be an awesome hands-on leader who provides provides guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build the capabilities of BA team
  • Assist in building and growing a highly talented BSA/EPM team that supports
  • Be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud, Marketing cloud and mentor the junior members on the team
  • Along with EPMs, serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, providing regular updates, progress reports, and escalations to stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, project managers, and team leads, to gather input and feedback on project priorities and resource allocation.
  • Forecast BA/EPM resource needs for the portfolio and manage BA/EPM resource allocation
  • Alongside with EPMs and BSAs, You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions/approaches
  • Guiding EPMs and BSA to perform/interpret requirements to identify value creation opportunities
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend enhancements to maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
  • Supports PM with project(s) updates.
  • Act as a people manager with appropriate subject matter expertise recruit, train and retain a highly talented BSA/EPM team

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $184,000 - $262,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.


The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
