BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Data Insights Analyst AI CoPilot on the Operational Analytics & Insights team you'll design and implement automated workflows and build complex processes while leveraging AI capabilities. Your work will enable users to interact with automated systems using natural language prompts to drive efficiencies across various business segments.
WHAT OUR SR DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Extracting, cleaning, and engineering data sets for analysis
- Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
- Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations
- Measuring the impacts of recommendations on the business
- Good technical knowledge on designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Integrating solutions to work with various Microsoft and third-party data sources, including Fabric, Redshift, and external APIs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experience within a platform/data analysis environment: 5 years or more; Experience in a customer-facing, product & services environment: 5 years or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical skills: Demonstrated in-depth proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, and a solid understanding of the PowerApps ecosystem.
- Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; demonstrated proficiency of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools; effective written and verbal communication skills

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
