CO Salary Range: USD 88,200.00 - 156,600.00 per year
This position is responsible for the development, coordination and communication of short term and long range strategic real estate plans, objectives and budgets based upon over-arching organizational goals and objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Support short term and long range real estate planning activities for Charter including analytical evaluation of the portfolio
Proactively identify strategies to optimize the real estate portfolio
Perform cost and feasibility analyses
Monitor critical lease dates and collaborate with regional and local business leaders

Work in the collaboration with the Director of Portfolio Planning and Transaction Management to develop and execute Charter's regional and enterprise-wide real estate solutions.
Support the Director in the development of feasibility studies, evaluation of viable alternatives and balancing business needs
Develop draft recommendations based upon regional and enterprise-wide real estate knowledge for review by the Director
Maintain regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiatives
Manage internal customer relationships to drive win-win requirements
Serve as an active business partner for real estate solutions, establishing solid, effective connections within regional and corporate business groups
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Demonstrated knowledge of real estate plans, objectives and budgets
Demonstrated knowledge of NPV and ROI analysis
Ability to translate complex data into simple terms
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to utilize key performance indicators/metrics
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
Ability to contribute to data-driven presentations
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to facilitate conflict to reach consensus between conflicting parties
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Demonstrated communication skills to translate complex data into information for multiple audiences
Required Education
Bachelor's in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
