BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Service Transformation team you'll be responsible for partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems, company and industry requirements. This role designs and documents business requirements for use cases which solve customer issues in new ways and simplify, personalize and enhance the customer experience.

WHAT OUR LEAD BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Providing deep subject matter expertise technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Analyzing the most complex and challenging business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Conducting data driven assessments to determine the efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems.
- Leading negotiation agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) from initial requirements to final implementation.
- Identifying trends and patterns through analysis of real-time data reporting within the company
- Improving internal processes, and implementing measures to control risks within the business applications framework.
In this role you'll be working on assignments that are broad in nature and often require originality and ingenuity. If you're a creative problem-solver who can lead cross-functional teams to address customer service issues, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience with business systems
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience
- Skills: Expert knowledge in business systems
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python and MicroStrategy or related software solutions.
- Abilities: Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively; quickly identify business problems and provide solutions; analyze and interpret data; communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Working conditions: Office environment
