TITLE: Lead Application Developer

LOCATION: St. Louis, MO

JOB SUMMARY: Contribute to team responsible for developing and supporting Salesforce-Commercial integrations. Develop, support, and maintain MuleSoft integrations with Salesforce-Commercial. Review project requirements and provide technical solutions for optimal design and implementation. Code and perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements. Code, test, debug, and enhance existing software utilizing Java Developer. Design and write programs according to functional and non-functional requirements. Lead code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards. Review and provide input into development standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Serve as an escalation point to resolve incidents and problems for production applications and web services supported by the team in accordance with identified Service Level Agreements. Collaborate with internal customers, technical, and architecture teams to solve complex software problems. Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements. Mentor and coach less experienced team members.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience: developing and supporting MuleSoft integrations utilizing MuleSoft Developer; writing and debugging Java language utilizing Java Developer; collaborating with business stakeholders, including internal customers, technical, and architecture teams to solve complex software problems; identifying application issues and troubleshooting them utilizing Mulesoft or Salesforce. A hybrid remote and office work arrangement is available.

5 days of national travel per year for training.
