You analyze data and identify opportunities to improve key performance indicators and increase business while enhancing the client experience. You develop and document process improvement initiatives that impact Enterprise Service Delivery and its cross-departmental partners. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Simplify and enhance the client experience through the definition, documentation, implementation and tracking of process flows.
  • Ensure accurate and complete document processing by using appropriate tools.
  • Align business processes and rules and adjust documentation accordingly through regular interactions with teams.
  • Enhance the client order flow by supporting all technical and procedural processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate new information releases to appropriate audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in business operations analysis and telecommunications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
  • Skills: Expert in process and project management; Effective prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define key performance metrics; Deadline-driven with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching.
