Business Analyst

Main activities:

• Listening to and understanding customer needs and requirements;
• Assessing the feasibility of requirements and mitigating possible risks;
• Participating in the study of new product functionalities;
• Analysing processes to identify where and how to intervene;
• Drafting in written form the analysis describing the process, its logic and individual functionalities;
• Providing support to the technical analyst in drafting the detailed analysis, interfacing with the team of developers and Technical Solution Architect, quality control and documentation;
• Ensuring that the final project presented is functional, efficient and meets the requirements;
• Providing support for feasibility studies, functional analysis, requirements gathering and translation into detailed functional documentation;
• Interfacing with Technical Solution Architect for translation of feasibility study into functional/technical analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in management engineering, computer science or similar;
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2);
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Soft Skills to complete the profile:

• Communication and negotiation skills to manage critical operational situations;
• Organisation and planning;
• Quality orientation and the ability to identify possible new business needs of end customers;
• Capacity for governance of entire processes.
