CO Salary Range: USD 60,900.00 - 97,500.00 per year
This position is a vital role in supporting a Real Estate Director with a primary focal point in managing the corporation's real estate requirements and transactions either directly or through leveraging various service provider relationships in support of the corporate initiatives. Other responsibilities may include providing data to assist with budget forecasting, reporting, market research, business case preparation, portfolio administration and other related tasks.
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Support and assist in the management of the corporate real estate function, including acquisition, disposition and general portfolio management for a portion of Charter's large portfolio of leased and owned assets.
- Interact with business unit leaders, within the company, to ensure that the strategy and execution of transactions align with the business requirements.
- Support the operational aspects of the real estate portfolio, including financial modeling, deal analysis, and transaction negotiations.
- Provide a real estate business focus in the context of the Company's business to ensure that the company can capitalize on near-term opportunities, while minimizing long-term financial risk.
- Interface with property owners, property managers, legal counsel and real estate brokers.
- Ensure that corporate real estate guidelines, policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with Risk Management, Finance and General Counsel and/or other departments whose input is required as part of the transaction process.

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Basic knowledge of transaction management, property management, lease administration
- Ability to manage multiple projects of various size and complexity across diversified asset class
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple assignments in multiple geographies
- Ability to balance strategic and tactical initiatives
- Basic knowledge of the industry standards
- A results orientation with well-developed organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Corporate Real Estate Experience 1+ years
- General Real Estate Experience 0-2 years
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Industry designations and/or course work (MCR)
- Knowledge of brokerage processes
- Knowledge of CoStar
- Experience in negotiating and/or interpreting office, retail and industrial lease documents

The base pay for this position generally is between $60,900.00 and $97,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
