Sodexo is seeking a Human Resource Manager 3 to join our team at UC Health Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR duties for a segment of employees to include onboarding and orientation for new hires, employee engagement, employee relations, HR policies, and more.

What You'll Do
- Manages HR function for a specific segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, training, general leave of absence, and employee records
- Assist hiring managers with all aspects of the new hire process
- Guides new hires to the right subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, timekeeping, etc
- Works with all levels of the business, including frontline employees, supervisors, mid-level managers, and directors
- Supports the talent acquisition process with our recruiting team to ensure positions are approved, posted, and sourced to find the best candidates at all levels
- Supports managers with employee relations concerns under the guidance of the HR Leader
- Assists management in planning, developing, and implementing HR activities
- Balances the needs of employees and management with relation to employee performance and policy alignment

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years in HR
