Sodexo is hiring a General Manager Concessions and Premium Space at Texas Christian University, located in Fort Worth, TX. This GM5 will operate a rapidly growing, prestigious unit at one of Sodexo's showcase accounts. This General Manager will oversee concessions, club, suites, and catering.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous upper level management in a university or Sports and Leisure setting;
- Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;
- Have experience in starting up new accounts and/or have been through remodel/reconstruction of accounts - knowledge of ordering equipment and necessary hardgoods and hiring/staffing/scheduling for start-ups a plus.
- Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations;
- Be a multi-tasker, organized, innovative and an effective leader who can motivate their staff.
