Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food to support a healthcare facility located in Northeast Illinois.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;

• collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;
• achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
• perform management functions that include direct supervision of Managers and frontline staff including employee development.
• manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
