The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;

- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;
- achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
- perform management functions that include direct supervision of Managers and frontline staff including employee development.
- manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
