As a Creative Production intern, you will work closely with the North American Creative Strategy and Business Solutions teams, as well as external brands, agencies, and production vendors to project manage advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously. The role is primarily post sale, focusing on high quality client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

What you’ll do:
Be the main point of contact (post-sale) for multiple projects at a given time across set client base
Build creative timelines for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
Collaborate with and manage external creative services partners on projects associated with a set client base
Manage distribution of final assets to the account team and funnel the creative into the Ads Manager creative library
Recommend improvements to project management process to increase efficiency and quality
Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and best practices
Handle creation of purchase orders and invoicing
Create and update educational collateral (decks, one sheeters, Highspot pages) for internal team and XFN partners
Pull and present reporting on production volume and KPIs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passion for visual advertising, pop culture, AR, and marketing strategy
Superior communication skills and ability to work in teams with maximum efficiency
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.), Excel and Keynote
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program or equivalent
Must be graduating between December 2022 and June 2023
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related tech, marketing/creative, or design internship work experience preferred
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical skills
Eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Passion to learn how to build brands on Snap with the Creative Strategy team
Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
Ability to use presentation skills, photoshop and excel to share creative, recommendations, insights and reports
