We’re looking for an Intern to join Arcadia! As a member of the Arcadia team, you will partner directly with the business, account and production teams to develop compelling AR and web3 experiences. Working remotely, you will be integrated into the team and gain exposure to how an AR creative production studio operates.

What you’ll do:
Assist the Arcadia account team to achieve business goals associated with the AR strategies of our advertising clients
Actively participate in the ideation phase of campaign creative brainstorming and be a fully integrated member of the team
Distill creative ideas and learnings into concise, clear messaging for client pitches
Collaborate with other internal functional teams to develop AR on behalf of clients
Participate and own projects pertaining to:
AR creative concepting and production
Video creative analysis
Production workflows
Pitch decks and project recaps
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passion for visual advertising, pop culture, AR, and marketing strategy
Superior communication skills and ability to work in teams with maximum efficiency
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.), Excel and Keynote
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program or equivalent
Must be graduating between December 2022 and June 2023
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related tech, marketing/creative, or design internship work experience preferred
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical skills
Eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Passion for Augmented Reality
Understanding of the AR landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
Ability to use presentation skills, photoshop and excel to share creative, recommendations, insights and reports
