We’re looking for a Production Intern to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Creative Strategy team, you will work primarily post sale, focusing on high quality client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, excellent communication skills in client management, and a strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project. Working from our London office, you’ll collaborate with the Creative Strategy and Business Solutions teams, as well as external brands agencies, and production vendors, to project manage advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple video and AR campaign executions as well as external production partners simultaneously.

What you’ll do:
Serve as the main point of contact for multiple projects (post-sale) at a given time across a set client base
Disseminate new production-focused process and ways of working to relevant parties
Build creative timelines and project manage for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
Collaborate with external creative services partners on projects associated with a set client base
Manage client communication and client questions throughout development process
Responsible for securing final asset approval from client and agency partners
Manage distribution of final assets to the account team / necessary parties
Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and best practices
Manage relationships with external AR creative partners in the EMEA market
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Creative and analytical skills
Strong project management skills in a fluid environment
Proficient in Keynote and Excel as well as G Suite
Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program or equivalent
Must be graduating between December 2023 and June 2023
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related tech, marketing/creative, or design internship work experience preferred
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
Creative and analytical skills
Eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
