What role will you play?
As a member of the organization responsible for the governance and related polices over revenue recognition, you will provide general guidance and oversight on transactions and related processes.
You will lead a team that oversees the accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting related to revenue, and managing an automated revenue application that optimizes the compliant accounting of business transactions as part of an end-to-end process.
You will provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team as you look for opportunities to automate and improve processes and assist with the improvement and development of the ERP systems. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in finance, order administration, IT, operations and other accounting departments.

• Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment.
• Be a qualified accountant, with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role.
. Be an experienced people manager, with a minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Display strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills and business judgment with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong project management expertise paired with self-determination and strategic judgment.
• Have a passion (or 'affinity') for systems and solid knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
