The role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce platform by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that align with business objectives.

What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to recommend improvements using Salesforce functionality.
- Manage smaller projects from design to implementation.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement technical solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce to monitor business performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, ensuring they are leveraged to improve business processes.
- Document all processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in terms of data integrity and security.
What you'll need
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with third-party tools is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
