The Career Opportunity
We're seeking an Operations Specialist to handle high touch service interactions, escalations, and credential validations to support our provider (nurse) experience. You will directly interface with a variety of internal departments to support business operations and support both facility and provider relations.

Where you'll work
This is a hybrid role and requires x3 in-office collaboration in our Irving, Tx Location. You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays!
Your role
- You will demonstrate a professional, proactive work ethic and establish effective channels of communication with internal team members.
- Provide operational support and process high touch credentials in accordance with Shiftkey's expectations.
- Assist BPO partners with escalations, questions and/or areas of concern.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency for all credentialing functions and activities.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism and anticipates potential issues and proactively acts to solve them.
- Research customer escalations as necessary to provide fast and comprehensive feedback and/or resolution.
- Proactively report potential roadblocks, barriers, or other issues to operations leadership.
- Identify and escalate cases to leadership in a timely manner as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, call center, data entry, or related fields required
- experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, or quality experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time-management
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite Products
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
