Unite Private Networks (UPN) is searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Human Resources.

Role Overview:

The Human Resources Manager oversees the HR Business Partner team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes that support the company's goals. The HR Manager collaborates with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that foster a positive workplace culture, align with business strategies, and ensure adherence to legal standards. This role requires a high level of collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role supporting HRBPs, preferably in the technology industry.
    • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
    • Experience operating in a forward-thinking business.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to develop and support HR professionals.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience with HR software and systems, as well as data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
