We're now looking for the Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for growing early career talent needs of the business by ensuring a steady pool of qualified talents for the businesses. In addition, this role actively supports programs and initiatives of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to ensure we develop positive branding and talent attraction in the market.

Key Job Scope:
  • Builds university relations by actively collaborating with the target universities.
  • Manages early career, especially intern/junior recruitment.
  • Deploys global employer branding initiatives locally and plans/ executes local employer branding initiatives (Internship, mentoring program).
  • Manages the internal and external sourcing channels effectively.
  • Maintains diverse social media channels with Employer Branding contents like Naver, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Close communication with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to strengthen our Branding as TA standpoint.
  • Other TA/EB related administration/support.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably in a MNC environment
  • SNS marketing or Employer branding experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast pace, matrix and complex working environment
  • Working knowledge of job boards, social media and recruiting channels
  • Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail and good prioritization skills
  • Good commend of interpersonal and communication skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Business fluency level of English
