Talent Acquisition Specialist with German
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes & related areas
- User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
- Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient in German & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
- Higher education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an asset
- Process, support & perform quality checks on all: Talent Acquisition/Onboarding/Separation/Offboarding/Contingent Worker Strategy & Management
- Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all Talent Acquisition processes & related areas
- Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
- Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations
- Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
- Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
