Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes & related areas
  • User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Proficient in German & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Higher education
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an asset
Responsibilities:
  • Process, support & perform quality checks on all: Talent Acquisition/Onboarding/Separation/Offboarding/Contingent Worker Strategy & Management
  • Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all Talent Acquisition processes & related areas
  • Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
  • Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations
  • Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
  • Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
