We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Manager to make an impact! In this role, you will be responsible to analyze the performance of the warehousing processes (Inbound, Outbound) in distribution centers across East Asia Logistics, manage the improvement action plans according to the Schneider Performance System and to lead the Smart Distribution Program for the region.
What will you do?
- Direct Labour Productivity and Process Improvement
- Monitor closely the productivity performance of DCs in EA Logistics, work with the warehouse to understand the gaps through VSM, Lean Diagnostics then drive the improvement in productivity.
- Benchmark and put in place the standard processes and best practices from other Schneider Electric entities and implement across the DCs in GSC International.

- Schneider Performance System
- Deploy standard process in line with Schneider Performance System requirements across all sites in EA logistics.
- Arrange regular audits and reviews to identify the gaps.
- SME for warehouse specific scorecards in SPS (Warehouse Architecture, MPH, Inventory Accuracy)
- Smart DC Program and Innovation
- Identify new initiatives, technologies applicable in our environment then work out with sites for feasibility studies.
- Drive the smart DC program with Hub Asia, PH Hub and Sydney, monitoring the progress of smart implementation to drive business value to the sites.
- Transformation
- Involve in the study of the future of sites in East Asia Logistics (support in the research for the automation process, calculation of the return of investment for future investment).
- Manage the Overall Improvement Plan for EA Logistics (including identity area for improvement, aligning with the top down direction).
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years' practical experience with supply chain in logistics and manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Method Manager will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
- Has understanding and knowledge of financial indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to influence by example and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and make presentations before various audience sizes at all levels of the organization.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
