What do you get to do in this position
Challenge Performance Across all the Supply Chain Domains. Supporting tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs. Be accountable with the plant/DC for key metrics related to Manufacturing Productivity and Capacity. Is in charge to monitor performance and to build improvement actions plan.
Standardize & deploy for exemplary results. Be accountable in front of Plant/DCs Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within Plants & DCs under his/her responsibility. Contributing to enrich SPS (Schneider Production System).

Train & Coach for Sustainability. Be a coach for Lean Leaders and an expert / referent at department or GSC Europe level.
Leading diagnostics and actions on the Global Supply Chain efficiency (DVC, MBC/SFC, m², Lead Time & MOQ reduction, etc ...). Leading actions on global supply chain (end to end) for supporting Growth initiative and for improving Customer satisfaction.
Supporting SPS deployment (training, coaching, kaïzen) in order to make autonomous the whole functions in their domain of responsibility. Be the SPS referent within Plant / DC. In collaboration with plants, proposing, and following SPS deployment plan (included SPS assessment and action plan follow-up). Be an auditor for plants/DCs outside our perimeter.
Monitoring & building improvement action plan for Direct Variable Costs: DLP Direct Labor Productivity (DVC PV and NPV); Structure Costs : Compliance with standard organization & sizing and roadmap for getting required competencies in collaboration with other support functions ; Capacity Calculation and Capacity Availability ; Value Stream Management : PT - Processing Time / PLT - Production Lead Time; follow up of the Non-Productive Hours (NPH). Ensuring the deployment of standard tools (trainings & follows up) & the implementation of new technologies (strong role in TSC 4.0 & Smart Factories).
Capitalizing her/his experience and knowledge by formalizing and sharing good practices
Coaching Lean Leader increasing their competencies by improving their lean expertise. Coaching during Manufacturing Senior Engineers & Manufacturing Supervisors on boarding. Be an expert / referent at department or GSC Europe level for specific tasks and topics.
Qualifications
- Engineer / Master degree
- Have already succeeded in several Lean projects
- Have strong experience in the field of manufacturing or supply chain or methods or SC performance.
- 3 - 5 years of industry experience
- Availaility to travel
- Advanced English
