Overview and Main Mission:
The Services Business Leader will be responsible for the overall sales performance of services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This includes ensuring the deployment of the service offering in these countries, executing the services department strategy, establishing the go-to-market approach, and supporting national sales teams. Additionally, the role involves sales to a key market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a 3-year business plan and annual action plan for the service segment in collaboration with the regional team and country management.
- Support large opportunity pursuit teams to understand CAPEX investments and opportunities for installation, commissioning, and testing services, as well as promoting digital architectures for future digital OPEX services.
- Work with country teams on local site coverage plans, IB tracking, and contract development. Share customer information on investments and local decision-makers.
- Engage directly with customers to understand asset life cycle needs and create service plans for maintenance and modernization of critical electrical infrastructures.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at assigned customers to drive preference for Schneider Services.
- Leverage zone and country marketing initiatives to generate demand.
- Manage recurring deployment and renewal, plus site relationships with the CSM organization.
- Evaluate the customer portfolio annually to focus on high-value customers.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of BFO and IB Intel.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers for centralized agreements across multiple countries.

Key Success Factors:
- Strong account management skills and ability to work with high-level customer decision-makers.
- Experience in influencing and convincing matrixed resources.
- Ability to develop and manage internal relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills to translate strategy into actions at the country level.
- Digital acumen and leadership in the digital segment/key account journey with customers.
- Structured and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and holding others accountable.
- Leadership in using digital tools for personal efficiency and remote engagement.
- Customer-centric and growth mindset.
- Proven track record in growing key account and segment businesses, developing and executing account strategies.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working with customers.
Education / Skills:
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Over 5 years of technical sales experience with focus on services
- Experience in managing services portfolios, understanding market dynamics, and implementing growth strategies within the services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to leverage technology for communications and performance management.
- Native speaker of Czech or Slovak, high level of English is a must (written and verbal).
