As Senior Manager - Digital M&A, you will coordinate execution of IT integration and divestiture efforts, supporting strategic digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate our organization's IT integration and divestiture efforts on ERP and Best of Breed applications in the Schneider Digital landscape which includes:
o IT Due Diligence and integration planning
o IT Integration & Divestiture strategies
o Data migration & consolidation
o System Integration & Testing
o Change Management & Training
o Post-merger integration & stabilization
o Carve-out & Divestiture planning.
• Assist in governance, playbook evolution, and strategic framework development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management. Champion transparency, trust, and serve as a strategic liaison between senior leadership, business units, and Digital CoEs.
• Analyze lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and identify risks.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and standards.
Requirements:
• Technical background in ERPs, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce/MS CRM), or Data platforms (e.g. Data warehousing, business intelligence).
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Sound understanding of project management methodologies and Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Project, Trello)
• Familiarity with Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall project management approaches.
• Proficiency in business analysis and relevant experience working with global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a cooperative spirit and contributing to collective success.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with IT integration and divestiture.
• Knowledge of M&A processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
• Business Process re-engineering
• Data Analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Qualifications:
• B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
• MBA/PGDM in any specialization or relevant certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, or similar) or Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
