We are looking for a Senior HRS Specialist to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!

Overview:

In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational support for employee life cycle events, and play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and standardization of HR services delivery as well as applies knowledge of HR practices, policies and processes to operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?
  • Manage end to end on-/off-boarding set up experience for employees, employment contract as well as employee benefits, government filings and surveys
  • Serves as primary operational contact and develop strong relationship with key stakeholders on enquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems, information sources and payroll
  • Evaluate and implement HR projects/programs and research methods to identify human capital inefficiencies, detect HR problems recommend solutions as well as develop HR strategies and models
  • Consolidate monthly payroll instructions and perform payroll checks; tax filing check, support payroll audits and related reporting as payroll SME
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams such as global and regional HR, Finance, legal, Global Mobility in management of employee rewards (Share options, Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker etc.)
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, standard letter templates, manage HR content on the intranet and tools as well as provide advice on HR policies and best practices
  • Maintain an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current laws and regulations related to Human Resources that directly impact the organization and its compliance requirements
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • A good University/Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years' HR generalist experience, preferably with MNCs and exposure to centralized Hub. Candidates with emerging credentials and strong growth potential will be considered for junior roles and vice versa.
  • Highly skilled communicator with exceptional written and verbal abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail in composing and proofing communications and reports
  • Proficient in MS 365 for digital deployment, including Machine Learning and AI. Skilled in HRIS systems, adept at managing data structures and extracting information for statistical analysis and reporting. Knowledgeable in automation/scripting, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • An agile, proactive, and meticulous professional with strong analytical, process-oriented, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of human resources methods, practices, and principles, with a holistic view of payroll, taxation, and statutory regulations.
  • Capable of interacting effectively at all levels within a performance-driven, dynamic, diverse, and multicultural environment
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects using effective segmentation strategies, ensuring timely completion and resolution of assigned tasks and issues.
