Regional HR Services Project Manager & Continuous Improvement Lead

Location: Serbia

We are seeking a skilled PM & CI Lead SEE to oversee the key regional/ local projects from initiation to completion. Main responsibilities include ensuring the projects execution and delivery follows the roadmap agreed, respecting the timelines and ressource allocation; developing and implementing continuous improvement strategy at SEE level.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the project roadmap at SEE level by integrating global and local projects
  • Ensure project ressources & local SMEs are in place and with the right level of knowledge to execute the project
  • Ensure project run mode is respecting the timeline and key project actions are delivered by all actors involves
  • Ensure hypercare and change management is driven according to the plan, and considering the feedback from local SMEs
  • Drive HR digital tools implementation & adoption at regional/ local level in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare the CI roadmap/ strategy at SEE level with the purpose to drive simplification, standardization, and automation by removing manual work and double entries
  • Coordinate the execution of the CI roadmap and ensure local SMEs are having the right skills & technology to deliver the projects
  • Facilitate the delivery of CI initiatives at local level, get involved in the execution upon need
  • Responsible to remove barriers/ roadblocks and to raise it to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Responsible to train/ upskill SEE HRS team on the project management and CI methologies
  • Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure project/ CI delivery
  • Drive process re-engineering and service innovation, removing silos and acting as a thought partner/consultant

Experience and skills we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Law, Economics, Business, Social Studies, etc.
  • Proven working experience as a project manager, at least 3-4 years of experience required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
