Job Description Summary

As a Regional Services coordinator you will drive field service execution in your region and collaborate with Service Fulfillment, Technical Service, Program Management owners within GE Additive.
You will act as quality gate for planned on-site work to enable delivery of high-quality service to customers including customer relationship management and you will drive revenue recognition through thorough planning and coordination of activities.

This position is preferably intended for candidates belonging to Legally Protected Status with certification as beneficiary of Law 68/99, Article 1.

  • Own planning, management and documentation of site readiness visits, installations, preventive maintenance, known issue resolution of emergency visits, field modifications on systems installed in your region;
  • Function as an escalation point for field service-related triage situatuations and drive internal escalations and conflicts constructively, build bridges, help to find solutions that work for our customers;
  • During every customer interaction validate open ISB / CSB and get active acceptance or rejection of any open Safety CSB;
  • Act as quality gate towards the field service engineering team and ensure correct preparation of Cases and work orders;
  • Administration of Service system (Service Max). Update systems with current information;
  • Ensure scheduling enables high level of utilization for our field service engineering team while keeping sufficient buffer for short term execution of unplanned activities;
  • Develop and improve existing standard work on global scale.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical High school diploma with related professional experience or Degree from an accredited University;
  • Excellent communication skills in English - business level written and verbal;
  • Experience in customer service activity;
  • Solution oriented with ability to resolve complex issues across several functions;
  • Technical interest;
  • Structured way of working with the ability to prioritize within the scope of responsibility;
  • Work VISA, according to local regulation, is required

  • Ability to work independently taking clear ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
