Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recurring Services Transformation Intern to join our team for minimum 6 months.
This internship is an exciting opportunity to work and learn at the same time. You will be able to understand the Services' Business in a global context and to learn more about the energy technologies' field. You will have the opportunity to deliver on the value that new strategic initiatives can bring, get your own responsibilities and get the opportunity to work and take lead of various campaigns and y ou will also get to participate in some strategic meetings to improve yourself and gain more insights into management pillars.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Transformation of Recurring Services and support the HOSHIN transformation programs that will help increase focus on Recurring Services at Schneider
- Working on specific project to create Sales Process, improve Customer Success Management, looking at end to end processes for Services.
- Maintaining & leading improvement of the Service transformation programs reporting structure
- Leading content creation & communication delivery for the Service transformation team engagement including internal communication, survey, newsletter, social media platforms etc.
- Support the creation of comprehensive training programs on Services and on the new EcoCare offering.
- Orchestrating & maintaining the report out of transformation initiatives programs.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Business Major with minor in strategy/marketing and/or data analytics.
- Excellent skills with Power Point & Excel, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues through visualization and quantitative & qualitative data.
- Effective communication skills to work with leaders, and the ability to capture the voice of leadership and translate them into clear and compelling message.
- Willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.
- Ability to pay painstaking attention to important details.
- Self-motivated, problem-solving skills and eager to learn while challenging status quo.
- Excellent in English, both written and spoken.
